Seniors can explore various activities, from learning new skills to deepening existing interests, to make the most of their leisure time. Many hobbies are accessible to beginners, requiring minimal prior knowledge, making it easy for seniors to embark on enjoyable pursuits and discover new passions and even new friends.

Article two, from Lifeline, provides ample reason for older adults to read. The benefits can be both physical and mental and most importantly delay the possible onset of dementia.
